These terms govern your use of Glossi — the mobile app, the Wallet passes it creates, and this website. By creating a Glossi account or using a Glossi-issued Wallet pass, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Glossi.
Glossi lets a business (a “merchant”) create a digital loyalty card that their customers add to Apple Wallet, without either side needing a separate app. Merchants create and manage the card; customers hold and use it.
As a merchant, you're collecting and storing your own customers' information through Glossi — names, and whatever else you've chosen to collect. You're responsible for:
Glossi provides the platform; you're running your own loyalty program on it, the same way you'd be responsible for a physical punch-card stack or an email list you kept yourself.
You agree not to:
If your account participates in Glossi's weekly giveaway, you're responsible for the TikTok content you submit — it must be your own or content you have the right to submit, and must follow TikTok's own terms. Glossi may reject, remove, or disqualify a submission at its discretion (e.g. it doesn't meet the giveaway's rules, or looks fraudulent), and reserves the right to change, pause, or end the giveaway at any time.
Glossi and its branding, design, and underlying technology belong to us. You keep ownership of your own business content — your logo, business name, and card design choices — and grant us a license to use them solely to provide the service to you (e.g. rendering them onto a Wallet pass).
Glossi relies on services we don't control — Apple Wallet/App Store, Google Sign-In, and others described in our Privacy Policy. We're not responsible for outages, changes, or issues on their end, though we'll do our best to keep things working smoothly around them.
Glossi is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glossi and its operators aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including lost revenue or lost customer data, beyond the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You can stop using Glossi and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, poses a security risk, or is used fraudulently. If we terminate your account for a reason other than your own violation of these terms, we'll try to give you reasonable notice first.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these terms as Glossi changes. If we make a material change, we'll update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, let merchants know directly. Continuing to use Glossi after a change means you accept the updated terms.
